Overview and Scrutiny Committee as they relate to transformation of services,
collaboration, partnership working. Ceredigion Public Service Board, Ceredigion
Local Well-being Plan, Corporate Strategy & Well-being Objectives,
Safeguarding, communication, equalities and crime and disorder matters
