Ethics and Standards Committee
Purpose of committee
The Ethics and Standards Committee is established by the Council and is responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of conduct amongst Councillors. In particular, it is responsible for advising the Council on the adoption and revision of the members’ code of conduct, and for monitoring the operation of the code.
