3.	To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Licensing Committee held on 06 October 2022 and to consider any matters arising from those Minutes PDF 68 KB Minutes: It was RESOLVED to confirm as a true record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 06 October 2022. Matters arsing None.
4.	General Update PDF 125 KB Minutes: Consideration was given to the General Update report on Taxis and other matters (Non-Statutory). The report had been presented in order to advise Members of activity undertaken by the Licensing Section since the last Committee meeting and also advise on current work being undertaken. An update on the following was provided:- • The Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 Part 4 (Special Procedures) Mandatory national licensing scheme for special procedures (acupuncture, piercing, electrolysis and tattooing) • Licensing Annual Performance - General Report It was AGREED to note the report for information .
