To consider planning applications deferred at previous Meetings of the Committee pdf icon PDF 752 KB

Minutes:

Consideration was given to the Report of the Corporate Lead Officer – Economy and Regeneration on the following planning applications which had been considered at a previous meeting and which required further consideration by the Committee:-

A210363 Erection of agricultural building for housing of young stock (straw bed loose housing), Alltgoch, Silian

(Councillor Chris James stated that he was present at the Site Inspection Panel, as his name had been omitted from those minutes)

To APPROVE the application subject to conditions.

Members were of the opinion that the application could be

approved for the following reasons:-

·       Following the visit of the Site Inspection Panel to the site, it was concluded that the application did not have an adverse affect on the landscape, and was therefore not against LDP Policy DM06, DM17 and DM18

·       To note that Officers were not objecting to the erection of the shed, only its location; which was subject to the officers’ personal opinion

·       The approval of the application would reduce the traffic within Lampeter
