To consider planning applications deferred at previous Meetings of the Committee Minutes: Consideration was given to the Report of the Corporate Lead Officer – Economy and Regeneration on the following planning applications which had been considered at a previous meeting and which required further consideration by the Committee:- A200906 Conversion, extension and alterations of existing dwelling to provide 4 self contained flats, 1 Castle Terrace, South Road, Aberystwyth To APPROVE the application subject to conditions to include soundproofing being installed prior to occupation of the flats, that the occupiers be prohibited from using the flat roof as an amenity area and that they are also prohibited of altering the window to door to access it. ________________________________________________________________________ |
