Economy and Regeneration on the following planning applications which had been
considered at a previous meeting and which required further consideration by
the Committee:- Written representation
from Ms Juanita Humprhis (Objector) was read out in committee in accordance with the temporary

to Covid-19 A200528 Formation of new agricultural
field access, Land at Cilgraig,

pending the submission of both a geo-technical report and full details of the surface water drainage proposals, with the Corporate Lead
Officer for Economy and Regeneration then being authorised to APPROVE the
application subject to conditions to include a planting scheme in lieu of the
loss of hedgerow. The application to be represented to
Committee if this information was not presented within an acceptable timeline. The resolution to
approve was also dependent upon planning application A210239 also being
approved. Members were of the
opinion that the application could be approved subject to the submission of
further information to the satisfaction of the Corporate Lead Officer Economy
and Regeneration for the following reasons:- ·
A new field access was required which differed to the
view of the officers in the report ·
Information had been submitted that there was a need for
the new access ·
Accept the access would have a visual impact, however,
on balance, the proposed entrance would be safer than the current access and
Members considered that safety outweighed any detrimental visual impact ·
The Local Highways Authority had no objection to the
proposed access |
